Case of husband cheating with another girl

My friend's husband had an affair with another girl(she is not married).She continued even after coming to know that he is married. And now she is harrassing both my friend and her husband. He does not want to continue any relation with her now. But she says, she will file police complaint against him and is forcefully asking him to give divorce to his wife. Both are being mentally harassed. Can my friend file a case against her?

You should immediately file a written complaint against that girl that she is destroying your matrimonial life. And address it to the nearest police station of your area. You can also send her a legal notice if you don’t wish to go legal. In that notice you can write to disappear from your life. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.

Your friend has to immediately hire an advocate in this regard for assistance n executing an apprehension intimation at the concerned police station before she takes any legal step ! This is the only thing you can do at this stage ..b in touch
