Hi
Unless and until your wife executes a relinquishment deed in your favour or favour of your son, nothing can be done about it.
unfortunately a property in the name of a woman is her absolute property in accordance to laws.
so at the time of divorce, the future ownership of property also has to be finalised.
Either both of you or one of you can relinquish their share of joint property in name of the son.
