Can wife negotiate in case husband stops EMI of house after divorce

I have married as per Hindu customs in 1999 in Andhra Pradesh, thereafter got divorce order in 2013. She occupied my house in Mumbai. I am ready to settle house with her mutually, they are not coming forward to do so. I purchased house with my own money but kept the house in Joint name. My question is What if I stop paying EMI, can she come for negotiation and what will the challenges for me?
While taking the home loan, you must have made a contract with the bank and the liability to pay the EMI depends on the terms and conditions of the contract. Even if the property is in joint name but if you took the onus of paying all the EMIs then you will be liable for it.
But you can bring her on the talking table by delaying the payment of a few EMIs.
