Can wife file false DV case against me after 2 years of marriage

can my wife lodge domestic violence case against me after 2 years. Initially she has filed 498a where we have been partially convicted and went to appeal got stay till further disposal of the case. Thereafter she has filed DV with all false allegation and same has not been capture in his 498a case. It at all in DV any order which is favourable to her can i challenge in high court. I am going to file Divorce petition against her. Need your guidance which will be the right way to fight against such false case.
