Can wife claim compensation if she is working

can a wife get compensation from his husband while she is working? And she files a dowry case against him ?
No sir she cannot claim any maintenance if she is working and earning herself..if she claims any such compensation v can collect her salary n employment proof and put it before the court..however if she leave her job before filing of such maintainance den it will b up to court to decide whether to grant her maintainance or not

Wife is not entitled to maintenance in the event she has been working, even when her salary may be comparatively less than that of husband. There are any judgements to that effect, however every minor child may be entitled for maintenance,
