Can wife claim both maintenance and alimony from Husband ?

already my case is going on n 1 hearing dte has already been dne.nw I wnt 2 knw weather I hve 2 claim both maintenance n alimony or I hve 2 claim fr 1 the reason behind dis coz husband is in business bt he dnt hve ny share in dat business so in dat case frm whr I will get my maintenance..my lwyr advise fr both nw I dnt understand wht 2 do..coz I dn't wnt 2 spend mch tme in dis case..plz guide me bttr
Dear client what type of case is going u have not mentioned. If divorce case is going then u can ask interim maintenance with alimony. If only maintenance case under sec 125 is going then u cannot ask alimony. For any legal help call me

wife can claim only for maintenance.if she is qualified and if she earns good then court may not be compel for maintenance,if husband have not share in the business,if he earns hand to mouth if wife earns more than him he can do visa verse.if you are living separately from 3 years you are legally
applicable for divorce.
