can wife ask more money after divorce by mutual consent where alimony is clearly stated that full and final settlement amount and it is paid before the decree was passed and what are actions can be taken against wife.
Dear Sir,
Once mutual divorce is accepted then she cannot reopen the same except on the ground of fraud and misrepresentation. The wife who became ex-wife cannot claim more Maintenance or alimony when mutual divorce is already accepted.
