Can wife ask for share in my property

1)my wife want to claim land which is on my name and she want to file divorce in 4 months we did not complete 1 year. can i know how can i save that property 2)before marriage she has worked and can claim this when she as for maintenance ? 3)she belongs to rich family but still they have eye on my property
1. Your wife cannot claim any share in your property especially during your lifetime. Let it be your self acquired property or inherited property or even ancestral property.
If she wants to file divorce case against you, what do you think you can do about it. However please be aware that she cannot file a divorce case within one year from the date of marriage and if she files one after that, you can very well challenge the same on the basis of merits in your side.
2. If she was employed and now quit her employment for the purpose of claiming maintenance then she may not be eligible for the same, you can repudiate the claim on the same grounds.
