Can we find back dated whatsapp chat? Is it used as valid proof?

We have been married from last 7 yrs. now my wife takes doubt on me about extra marital affair. She got the wahtsapp chat with one of my colleague. there is nothing in the chat? Still her family threaten me for this that accept it or we will go to your office and will beat that lady. She called police for me. They enquired and nothing found. Now I have decided to take a divorce from her. What is procedure of it and Can we find back dated whatsapp chat? Is it used as valid proof?
Dear client, whats app, data is stored only on the memory of our device if you delete it. it erase from the memory disc of the instrument if you have not erased it ,it can be reproduced, dear client marriage is treated as the Gods wish saptapadi means we will leave together for seven lives, no doubt your wife and her family members made saviour injustice, but forgive them sustain that injustice and keep the relation what about the next?, if possible contact me personally or on phone without hesitation .if possible please rate me.

as per your informiation your wife is doubting upon your charector on some wahtsapp chat with one of your colleague. and there is nothing found in the chat. However her family Still forcefully threatening you to accept it otherwise they will beat that lady in office. Even after inquiry by police nothing found any doubtfull. if the said threatening is continous one it would amount to mental cruelty and can be a ground for divorce. First of all you have to file divorce petition in court of law. As far as back up of whatsapp chat is concern, it can be retrieved as per the mobile settings.
