Can we file mutual divorce within one year of marriage

I was married on 11.06.2015,as it found 1 month before that she has a affair and she cant leave that ,i want to know how should i proceed.we have traditional marriage and does not apply for marriage certificate till date.we are living seperate from last 20 days

For filing divorce by mutual consent you have to comply with some legal requirement. One is you can file petition for Divorce from one year after marriage. Secondly for Mutual Consent Divorce presuming that you are Hindu's one year separation is required. So at present you can't apply for Divorce.
