Can someone reappeal in high court after two years of divorce

We are hindu. My would be husband had got divorce in 2018 and we are getting married in December 2022.Is there any possibility that his ex wife could have re-appealed in high court in 2020?nWill there be any issue if we get marry?

Dear client, if you have not received any notice for appeal till date then you do not need to bother about that you can get married with you would be husband and enjoy your life. Nothing adverse is going to be happened.

The time limit for appeal was 90 days m it’s been more than 3 years now ! According to me nothing is going to happen now & u r good to go for marriage with the person if u think he is a good human ! Thanks
