Dear cliemt divorce by mutual consent is also known as settlement deed.
In your casw it is adviseable that you shall mention it in you joint petition that all the stridhan shall be taken back and made statement from the girl side that they receive the stridhan

Make a settlement agreement with terms and conditions of both the parties. Mention ur dowry article conditions in that agreement. Get it signed by both the parties and file it at the time of first motion.
Both parties will follow the terms mention in agreement

You need not worry. The M.O.U. signed at any mediation center either of Court or of any govt. agency, is safe. You can go ahead as M.O.U. in Mediation will take signatures of both parties i.e. husband & wife, the mediator and seal of the mediation center an the said document is having authenticity in the eyes of law.
