Can person remarry legally after getting married in Arya Samaj Mandir?

10-Jan-2023 (In Divorce Law)
Hi, I got married a month ago at Arya Samaj mandir, and as I was a born Muslim, I had to convert before the ceremony. The problem is, the bride, after going back home, has changed her decision and says she cannot go against her patents’ will - after a grand drama at her home when she was discussing our marriage and the emotional blackmail that it followed. I have tried to establish contact through all possible means but there has been no response so far. My question is: Can her parents marry her to someone else without a divorce? (The court registration isn’t done but I have the marriage certificate issued by the Arya Samaj mandir as well as the conversation certificate.) If not, what should I do? I really want her back. Thanks

Marriage of arya samaj has the same effect whether it’s registered or not and and party of that marriage can’t remarry without decree of divorce granted by any competent court and u can file case under section 9 of hindu marriage act for restitution of conjugal right against ur wife to get her back

No the girl cannot remarry after getting married once. A civil suit can be filed for restraining the girl from getting into second matrimony.
Steps can be taken to file a criminal complaint too against the girl.
