Can one file for divorce as well as dowry case simultaneously

Im govt employee I have married to tahashieldar on 3july 2017.after marriage with in 2months my husband with their mother sister started giving mental torture .He was not talking to me .No physical relationship between us even we r both stayed in one home .On16july 2018 ,they pushed me out of home .10months I suffered a lot .During marriage we have given 6,00,000 dowry and gold .Now what shall i do ??Shall I file dowry case ??Or shall i apply for divorce?? If I apply divorce can I get back dowry amount??

Hi...you can file 498a by that your husband can definitely come for settlement because he is a government servant. And also you can file a case for dowary and maintenance for your self. You you don't want rejoin you husband then you file case for divorce.
