Can my partner (Not a citizen of India) and I sign a mutual contract to be legally faithful to each

08-Jul-2023 (In Divorce Law)
Can my partner (Not a citizen of India) and I sign a mutual contract to be legally faithful to each other? Which would mean no cheating in any form along with some additional conditions that would give peace for both parties in the relationship when we are apart for jobs and everything before our marriage. A cohabitation agreement can be signed but it doesn't enforce faithfulness. Please tell me what is possible.

An agreement will valid if it's enforceable by the law. So living together is permissible in India. consensual intercourse also permissible. Marriage is a social institution rather than constitutional right.
