Can incompatibility be ground for divorce

I have compatibility issues with my husband and his family and the relationships are not just working out despite efforts put in. I am separated from him past 10 months. This is the fourth time I am separated and since I am not going back I would like to file divorce. Kindly guide.

Hi Incompatibility is not a ground for divorce but it can be observed what cruelty has been inflicted by the husband because of those incompatibility. There are various grounds available for divorce this can be attracted by going through the facts of the case.

Hello madam , As per your query this also a ground of divorce ..You can file divorce to a family Court...n you can added the ground cruelty for divorce ... N separation ground also there ..so u can file ..

Dear client u and yr husband can jointly file mutual divorce if u both r ready for divorce. If yr husband is not ready for divorce then u have to file divorce on any of ground like cruelty desertion against husband. Adv Prasad Patil Pune

Incompatibility can be a reason for Mutual Consent Divorce but in the event he is not agreeable to a Divorce then you will have to file it one sided .For a contested divorce incompatibility is not a ground but if cruelty on his part is the reason for incompatibility it can be a grounds.A legal notice can be sent to him to initiate the process.A detailed meeting with all the facts with an advocate will offer more options.
