Can I somehow convince the honl. judge to award low maintenance to wif

22-May-2025 (In Divorce Law)
Hello sir, My divorce case is going on from last 6 years. On the next hearing judge might pass an order to start paying maintenance, along with dues, to the wife. My in-hand salary is around 1L per month. Minor male child of 14 years is with me. I am 46 yrs old and have heart related issues and also diabetic. My wife is also works (on and off) but she is equally qualified and experienced as I am. How can I convince the Judge to grant minimum possible maintenance amount to wife?

you need to prove the judge that your income is equally proportionate to your expense and your wife income is sufficient to meet her needs. plus you need to provide the maintenance for your daughter till she became major.
