Can i send notice to my wife if there is trouble in marriage?

Hi, just wanted to put some legal notices against my wife, day to day her problems are increasing and because of my son i am totally helpless. I just wanted to warn my wife legally so that she should bring some seriouness in married life and we can live for our single child. Actual fact is that i dont want to go away from my child and don't want to go for divorce but untill and unless some legal notice should not given to my wife she is not going to understand. Please help me in this regard.

I'll suggest both of you go for marriage counselor than sending a notice. Sending a legal notice is likely to deteriorate your marriage and will put strain on the relationship. It being a legal notice your wife will also reply through an advocate. So unless you want to go for divorce sending a notice may not be fruitful.

Yes of course if you are facing problems in life you can give legal notice to wife . You can also file a complaint to local police station or go for counselling either to councillor or advocate. That can be used as proff in further proceedings Regards

If this is the situation then it advisable that not to issue legal notice coz that will strain your relationship instead of that you may go for counseling that may help u out. Or you can also take help of elderly members of your family or a person whole your wife looks upto. It is always better to resolve this matter amicably as taking legal steps will harm your mental relationship and feeling for each other.
