Can I re-marry when divorce is pending

Sir,whether a govt employee husband can remarry while a divorce case with 1st wife, is pending in court ? Whether he loses his job? r suspension. What is the next procedure as per law.plz advice me.

He cannot marry when the divorce case is pending in the court. he can marry only after the divorce case is settled and then the appeal period is over (90 days from date of decree of lower court).
if the first wife complains to the police and government authorities, then the government employee will be at risk as he will be jailed and once jailed the government will remove him from service. in a case of bigamy, it is not necessary for conviction, but if the person is in jail for more than 7 days without bail, then he is at risk of losing the job.
