Can I miss the court of hearing what are the consequences

i have a small doubt , my wife case file 498a & mc , i had taken bail . i have not received mc case notice as on , but next hearing postponed jan 22nd(498a) , at the same time my wife and opposite advocate along with bench clerk hearing date postponed both cases with same date (jan 22nd) , but that time judge is in the leave . but the bench clerk mentioned the next hearing date for 498a postponed on 22.04.16 and they can't explained about about mc . but they mentioned in mc case as " petitioned presented and R1(respondent ) is presented " , next hearing l can't attended that ca

No worries.
Ask your lawyer to find an application under Section 317 in The Code Of Criminal Procedure, 1973. When an application is made under this section the accused need not attend the court.
