Can I keep a female care taker for myself without taking divorce?

my divorce case is going on in Bihar. i am paying maintenance as well. i want to know as i m physically handicapped and remain ill most of the time. i require some help. i am planning to keep a caretaker. can i do so?

Yes, you can certainly keep a care taker. There is nothing in law which prohibits any person to take any help or to appoint any care taker be it tge case of differently abled person or not. The only prohibition is that there can't be second marriage unless and utill the first marriage is dissolved or spouse is not alive.

Yes you can do so .you may do anything except remarrying . that also you may do after divorce.is your divorce is regular one then mind you may be alledge some false charge keep that thing in your mind of course legally there is no bar

Hi
Nothing prevents you in law to keep a care taker for yourself in case you are physically challenged and need some one to take care of your essential requirements.
The care giver could be a male or a female and would be your employee for consideration .
Pendency of your divorce case has nothing to do with it.
