Can I get the FIR copy of divorced case.. which is closed last year.. FIR number is 3079/2015
He can the FIR(?) copy under RTI Act; even it could be accessed on the internet. However, it is understood how there is an FIR in a divorce case.

This may not be a FIR number. THis may be a Divorce petition number allotted by the Family Court.
There is no FIR in divorce case.
Unless it was a 498A case, charged by the Police.

I think u meant a copy of the duvorc3 petition may be. Cuz fir comes only in criminal cases and divorce matters are not in the preview. May be if u r refering to some case made over by wife u have to mention concerned police station and other details to trace it out. Being unable to track wat u seeking for.
