Can I get share in my in-laws properties

24-Jun-2024 (In Divorce Law)
I filed sec9, husband filed sec13 1 ia. Court counseling failed. No kids. I am living with my parents now. Earlier I earned upto 90k per month. After separation 2 years ago I left the job. My husband has private job and no properties on his name. But his parents had their own properties. Recently they written a WILL after their death all properties goes to their daughter. Can I get share in my in-laws properties. In what particular case I will get the share?

If there's no scope of living together then rather stretching the relationship you should file for contested divorce under the ground of cruelty. I would suggest you to go with mutual divorce because it's cost effective and ends up in a maximum of six months. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.
