I m a housewife with a 9 m old daughter. My husbands a workoholic n nevr spends time with us.he never even takes us to the doc whn we r sick He is careless which leads to xs family expenditures. Moreovr he he nevr tels me anything instead all comm. On his behalf is done by his mother who always magnifies problems and complains to me which really hurts and makes us even more isolated.. Can I have my daughter's custody n claim alimony or half of our flat evn if I start working b4 divorce. I mean I n my daughter shud not b the only ones to bear the consequences of a soured relation.
You can get all three, but you have to file three separate cases to claim your reliefs.
