Can i get Divorce from my Second Husband who has not taken Divorce?

I am a 38 years old divorcee and got married with a person whom I met in matrimonial site. He lied me that he is divorced and having a daughter instead he has not get divorce from his wife and he has 3 children and he is having affairs with some other women also. He totally spoiled my life and how can get justice, please help me

You can file a divorce petition for nullity of your marriage against your second Husband on the ground of cheating. further you can also file a criminal case against your husband for cheating before the jurisdictional Magistrate. At the same time you can claim compensation and Maintenance from him subject your marriage is registered before jurisdictional Sub-Registrar of Marriage.

As he has not divorced from his wife before marrying you, the marriage with you is null and void.

You can approach the court with the prayer to declare your marriage with him is null and void.
