can i get divorce after 7 yrs seperation

I got married feb 2018,my wife started mentally tourtureing me and after fighting she went to her house within 3 mnths and on Aug 2018 I filled divorce and it was running more than 5yrs and Jan 2023 my case was dismissed in district court. Then I applied in highcourt March 2023,my lawyer said my case is not filing in highcourt. And i found he is cheating. I reapplied with other lawyer on June 2024. It's been 7 yrs, they r not ready to give divorce. what to do to get divorce?
