Can i get a divorce for the following issue?

07-Dec-2023 (In Divorce Law)
My husband saved his mistress's number, who is also married and has children, under a man's name. He frequently called this number. When I confronted him about it, he concocted a story claiming that she was his school-time girlfriend and that they only maintained contact through phone calls. However, she mentioned they've only known each other for a short while, which casts doubt on the story he told me. I have call records of him recounting this story and a video of her stating that she's known

This can be used as a ground for divorce along with other reasons to be pleased… the fact that your husband maintains a telephonic conversation is not enough as a ground for divorce .. we will have to build up proper reasons along with this fact in order to have a good case . The physical amd mental cruelties suffered by you from him and in laws also can be added to have a sufficient cause
