Can i get a divorce And both of my daughters.

My name is Rajan Babu. I am a government teacher. I got married on February 24, 2011. It was a family marriage, in which everyone had the consent. But my marriage registration is June 24, 2014. That is, legal marriage is of 24 June 2014. I have two daughters too 3.5 and 1 year is their age. I live with my wife on my job location, which is in another city. My wife goes to her maayakaa for 6-6 months without informing me and comes with own will. Many times I have not been able to know where he has gone for several days. Apart from this, his parents keep giving me the threat of dowry. Every month I deposit a certain amount of money from my wages to my wife's account, yet she constantly harasses me. I am preparing for civil services, but she does not even let me read. When I go to my parents' house with him, my wife does not even eat food for him or her. Can i get a divorce And both of my daughters also . I am ready to keep him on only one condition that he will never go to her maayakaa

You can divorce her on the ground of cruelty .
She is harassing you , first of all you have to file police complaint u/s 498A along with facts that she is threatening you to make false police complaint against you .
Custody of children depends on welfare of children .One child is of 1 year ,in this case you can not get child . A child of 3.5 years age in this case you may have custody of child .

Mr Rajan. there are some points have to be cleared 1. You are married from 24 Feb 2011 either you registered on 24 June 2014. I suggest for a counseling for both you. Your children are in growing age and legally you are not able take responsibility of both of them. there are not a big issue for you are willing to take divorce, there might me some problems and counseling can change your life. So please proceed for the same.
