Can I file for Divorce within 1 year of filling RCR

Judge pass degree of section 9 in favour of me because my wife is not coming to attend any dates in court.now judge said to wait for 1 year to file devorce in section 13 (a).she is not ready for mutual devorce.it is right to wait 1 year to file section 13 (a) or can I file now..what to do..what is the legal process.i will wait for 1 year or have right to file it now...help me out please
If a decree of RCR has been passed by the court and your wife doesn't join your company within one year, it can be a ground for divorce.
You can file for divorce at this stage also but then you won't be able to take the ground that your wife has not followed the decree of section 9. However if you wait for one year, you can get divorce on this ground itself
