Can I file for divorce in UK will this be valid in India?

I am In UK right now and I filed for divorce 8 years back where it was dismissed by the court in India. My question is can I file a divorce in UK whether this will be valid in India and also want to know how can I get child custody my children are with my parents in India. I want them to come to UK what is the procedure

If the circumstances have changed over the last 8 years, the you can file for divorce now. However your spouse should also be present in UK and should be a part of legal proceedings. Alongside Divorce, the children custody should also be finalized in the court proceedings. Once the custody of the children is decreed in your favour, you should have no issues taking your children to UK.
