Yes... there are many grounds upon which the divorce can be taken. If there's no scope of living together then rather stretching the relationship you can file for contested divorce under the ground of cruelty. I would suggest you to go with mutual divorce because it's cost effective and ends up in a maximum of six months.

if you want to file divorce you can file divorce. adultery is a ground to file divorce. the consequences in the court can be of both ways either your way or not. for child you have to state more info.

Yes, you could file for divorce under section 13 of Hindu Marriage Act, on ground of adultery, you would easily get divorced if you have the the evidence that your spouse is having child outside of marriage.

If you have committed adultery that can't be a ground for you to to file a case for divorce in that ground. However, you may file it upon other grounds like cruelty, etc. that we'll discuss in detail later. Moreover, if you have a child outside marriage, you are looking for multiple litigations coming your way, if the second marriage is proven, you are looking at jail time for committing bigamy.
