Can i demand a share from my ex-husbands property and money

Hi. l he.me bharuch me raheti hu.mera divorce ek saal pahele ho gaya he.hamne 100 rs.stamp paper pe divorce liya tha. Mera x-husband muje massage karke pareshan kar raha tha,mene police me complaint ki he. Mere bete k liye ex- husband k pas paise and property me bhag k liye demand kar sakti hu? Pahele demand nhi kiya tha. Please give me advice.

As per law wife ask only maintenance until her husband live. After that she can claim in her husband property but your son can ask property of his grandfather as he have birth rights in ancestral property even you can ask maintenance on behalf of your child if he is minor.

Ha aap kar sakte ho agar aap court se divorce life toh aapko aapka property and Paise me se hakh milega as aapne 100 k stamp paper pe likha k kuch khatam nahi Hota hai , aap koi lawyer se mil k discuss karo woh aapko ache se samjate.
