Can I claim the Salary spent on house maintenance during marriage.

I have been married for 3 years and was going for mutual divorce. Both of us are salaried employees working in IT services. For first 7 months of marriage my husband took care of 80% of house expenses and rest by me. Later for 1 year we have shared the expenses. I have taken care of 70% of expenses and he took care of 30%. And from the last 1 1/2 year I am taking care of all the house expenses as he resigned from the job to get into business. Apart from the house expenses I have also taken personal loan of 20 lakhs to help my husband’s business. Can I claim my salary amount spent on house maintenance along with the personal loan amount during the divorce. nNote: apart from the personal loan amount and salary we are not requesting any money from them.
yes you can claim, there were few cases where both husband and wife are employed and wife can get maintenance but in few cases it is not possible to get maintenance of the wife is financially strong than husband

Expenses during the wedlock it won't be a matter that who meat the same and it's a joint or common obligation. As to the amount spent by you can be get back if your husband (hurry) interested in divorce. Settle the amount based issues first and latter you are advised to go for mutual divorce. because giving money to your husband for business is merely a private matter. No commitment or promise has been implied recordedly. You can't get the same back in absence of a recorded promise by your husband.
