Can I claim maintenance from a cruel and a liar wife

12-May-2023 (In Divorce Law)
I want to know: 1. How much compensation I will have to give to my wife if I earn 60k per month? 2. It's not my fault. Everything happened because of her and her parents. Then why should I give compensation to her? 3. It's her mistakes because of which my family and me both don't trust her, then why should I give compensation to her? 4. If I don't give compensation, they will file a false complain against me of dowry & domestic violence, will I get arrested on the same day? 5. If no, then what should be my first step if they launch a complain against me in the police? 6. Will I be arrested ? 7. Can I get a bail? 8. I have all the proofs (recording of her) in which she is saying that me and my family has never taken aany dowry from her & her parents and never done any domestic violence on her, can all these evidences be used as a proof? 9. If sh wins the case, what is the punishment? 10. If I win, can I take a divorce from her? 11. If I win, can I claim more than 10 lacs from her?

Sir,
What compensation are you talking about? Do you mean maintenance , once the matter is is in Court , msintenance is decided after taking many factore in mind, i.e are you both living sesparatrly? any children? is she working ? your other liability etc. If you are bring threatened by saying false complaint with police , you file an NC to that effect at the nearest police station. Outcome of a case cannot be predicted. Under which law are you planning to claim 10 lakhs ? no under domestic violence act you can't claim anything.

dear client, dont worry about your wife's allegations as well as the tension of arrest etc, in 1914 Arnesh kumar vs state of Bihar case is the very good milestone for false 498A cases, most of the rights are removed of arrest , your full inquiry will be done by the magistrate and if he fully satisfy over the allegations then-then arrest can be done, if you requires further help without hesitation contact me, if you like my advice please rate me.
