Can I claim for share in joint property in case of divorce

04-Jun-2023 (In Divorce Law)
My husband is cruel n has anger issues. Very destructive and manipulative nature. Insults me in front of family and frinds , on street, relatives etc. My Family was not in favour of divorce so carried on adjusting 13 yrs with 2 kids. Now he is doing same with my 12 yrs old daughter . Abusing, hitting her. Throwing things at her and beating her. She hates him. Son is minor. Both of us are joint holder of our property but only paid by husband. i m housewife. do i still have share on those properties as declared on papers or it will go to my husband at the time of divorce.
