Vikash there are laws and there are inactment , like there are good policy by government but how many get successful you know in India , hence it all depend upon contesting people and their motive , how well your and other party lawyer handle cases , thereby don't imagine that it can be done by a small order , hence better meet with documents for clarification and better guide legally .

Hi
Since gift has already been acted upon it becomes your exclusive property. She cannot claim it as a right, but she is entitled for maintenance from you provided she is not working. If she is working she can claim only when she is not able affored a decent living you can contest stating she has other properties and other source of income.

yes, she is having no rights in your property because its your own property to you. once gift means even your mother cannot take back the gift. but however your mother is no more. for own property no having rights in that property.
