Can I claim amount paid as EMIs for house from husband ?

am paying emi for my husband house which he says I lost my right in that property due to domestic issues between us.can I claim emi amount I paid for the house.

You can claim the EMI in the form of compensation by filing a domestic violence case .
If the house is in the name of husband and you being the wife are paying EMI for the house, then you can claim the entire EMI amount paid along with interest as compensation.
Any which way being his wife, you are also eligible to claim 50% of the share of the house as the legally wedded wife is entitled to properties of the husband.
