Can I challenge the USA default divorce and custody orders in India?

I and my husband are Indian citizen and married with Hindu rituals, and moved to the USA in 2016, I came back to India with my 2yr old US Citizen child and after staying here for 15 months, I filed legal actions against him, after receiving a summons from India, he files cases in California to make things difficult for me. I have responded to California court but not sure if California cases will be dismissed. nnI will step back from cases and continue the legal action in India, but want to know that can I challenge the USA default divorce and custody case orders in IndiaI have filed all cases in India before he filed in the USAThank you.

Yes, absolutely. There are various Judgements of Hon'ble Supreme court in this regards. the foreign court decree has to be in accordance to the laws of India under Hindu Marriage Act as well as the principles of Natural Justice and hence it can be challenged in India.
