Can I bring my daughter to my house without my wife's consent?

My wife is on gov job.Married for 2 years. I have a 4 month old daughter. Wife is her mothers home since delivery. Wife is keeping me away from my daughter. Can I bring my daughter to my house without my wife's consent?

It’s better we discuss your concern in detail to exactly. As far that I have understood your concern it would not be proper to merely go and bring the daughter along with you. I think you should go through legal recourse to prevent actions against you. Kindly contact for consultation

Hello, Good Afternoon As per the legal perspective and law you are the Biological father and Natural parent of your daughter. so you have full rights for visitation, access and custody of your daughter and if your wife not allow you to meet then we have different types of legal remedies for it
