Can I be with another man while my divorce case is pending ?

Muslim. I have two children, boys who're 10 and 4 years of age. I have no mental/emotional/physical connect with my husband and I do not wish to stay in this marriage because I'm very unhappy. A. My husband won't divorce me. On what grounds can I file for divorce? B. While the divorce is ongoing, can I be with another man who I plan to marry in the future? Can he be charged with adultery by my husband? C. Who will get custody of both the kids given that my husband would want to keep them with him?

you can apply for divorce under muslim laws as divorce through courts will be time consuming.
the other man is likely to be charged with adultery u/s 497 IPC and you under bigamy laws, if the current marriage is not dissolved through divorce.
you can ask for the custody of the children and courts will grant you the custody of both the boys as mother is the natural guardian.
