Can I ask my jewellery back received at the time of marriage

I want my jewellry which has been given to me in marriage by my relatives..its has kept by my in laws ...in reality to whom it belong

It's ur right on it n fr sure u cn claim on it n tk it back as per the law also says it's ur right on it.its being counted as the property being given to you as gift in marriage so no one except you have all rights on it.rest you can take appointment with me for more clarification.

The gifts and jewelery received by you at the time of marriage and belongs to you and can always be claimed back from your in laws and husband. You will have to file a complaint in this regard with the local police station giving the complete details of the incident and the list of jewelery that you are claiming.
