Can I ask for maintenance from 2nd husband if divorce from 1st pending

May I get maintenance from second husband without getting final order of divorce from first husband? May my parents be punished for having no divorce before my second marriage?
No u can not ask for maintenance from the second husband as u have not got divorce from first husband because second marraige cannot be called valid unless and until u gets divorce from first marraige ...secondly ur parents will not be penalised for ur act.....
