Can husband apply for divorce if wife is non cooperating?

Hindu marriage. married period is just 6 months, period of live together is just less then 3 months due wife's job is in other city. although she came and stay in delhi 3 times but that was not peaceful stay. she always irritate by so many questions, she does not have faith on anybody in family. any time she starts arguments with her husband and other family members.CAN MY SON APPLY FOR DIVORCE PEACEFULLY ON ABOVE GROUNDS?
Yes your son can file a divorce petition against his wife on the ground of mental cruelty. But you need to wait for the completion of 1 year of marriage on the basis of the ground as you mentioned. There must be some exceptional circumstances if someone wants to file a divorce petition before completion of 1 year of marriage.

divorce can file after one year according to Hindu marriage act but I have another remedy but I cant disclose because same case I have sold three matters after 2 and half month marriage another one month marriage.
