Can he withdraw RCR without wife concern

My husband has filed RCR 2 years ago. I have filed DV case 2 yrs ago.We both appeared in RCR counselling and now matter is posted for trial. My question is:n1. Can he withdraw RCR without my concern?n2. What is procedure and timeliness to withdraw RCRKindly advise.
