Can divorce be filed if couple did not had any physical relationship?

My wife attempted to suicide once on that behalf can I get divorce. We didn't had sex from last 2 years as well. Once she took me for drug abuse test as well & I found negative Is any of these things I can file a divorce case?
Divorce under section 13 (a) can be filed upon grounds of mental cruelty. you will have to mention all the facts and also approach the police safeguarding your rights as in future also if she commits it again then you might land yourself into trouble
