well if you are going through your case which is pending in the court then you should not be doing something which is unlawful in the eyes of law. streching the case is another issue but you cant take it for granted to open other doors for yourself which are illegal.

hello till the time you are married you should maintain the high level of living and ethics. meeting friends and relatives are part of life that's ok but if you get into relationship with someone else it will impact your ongoing cases

If the behaviour of your husband is intolerable towards you then you can anytime file a petition under section 12 DV or section 125 CrPC and claim maintenance for yourself as well as for your minor child. And if there's no scope of living together then rather stretching the relationship I would suggest you to go with mutual divorce because it's cost effective and ends up in a maximum of six months. This kind of dating is called adultary but one can’t proof adultry directly bcoz adultery can only be prove on circumstantial evidences. Moreover this kind of dating or adultary is not a crime. Your husband can only use it for divorce n for Maintenence. But this will not affect your child’s maintenance in any circumstances

Maintenance depends upon your income , that is whether you earn or not. It is not clear here about your income. secondly your son is entitled for maintenance if you are earning, but other factors need to be taken consideration. As far your friendship/ dating is concern, you can do friendship with anyone, but you cannot marry with someone before grant of divorce. There are other things which needs to be considered, so better contact me detail discussion
