Can any legal consequences be faced by witness to arya samaj marraige

My friend was a witness to Arya Samaj Mandir marraige. I want to know if there can be any legal consequences for him?

Witnesses are not subjected to any legal consequences unless and until the arya samaj marriage by itself was a fraud played by the parties with the connivance of the witnesses.
So unless and until there is a fraud element wherein the witnesses was also aware of the fraud , the witnesses do not need to worry about legal implications.
