Can any affair after engagement before marriage be considered for div

My husband has filed for a contested divorce in court. We had plan to make it mututal but due to my demand he is now not responding. Also he has been blackmailing me on the proof that he has. Before our marriage and after our engagement I had an affair with 3 guys and i forgot to delete all old chats after marriage. While honeymoon he saw those chats and have saved them. Now ny question is anything before marriage can it be considered valid for divorce proceedings

Well, if you have continued your affairs after Marriage, then such Affairs can create problem in your Marital life. Evidence of Sexting Chats with distinct Men after your Marriage with your Hubby can be used by your Husband as evidence of cheating and indicative proof of Adultery to seek Unilateral Divorce from Family Court.
