Can a wife claim maintenance after mutual divorce and death of second

Wife gets the divorce and maintenance amount for herself and child, she marries again and subsequently the second husband dies, she files the petition in the family for claiming enhanced maintenance from the first husband, family court grants is this valid?
Dear Sir,
It is illegal order because she has opted for marrying second husband unfortunately he died and she is entitled for rights over properties left by second husband and at the most claim maintenance from the parents of deceased husband. It is debatable issue if you can come to my office I will prefer appeal/revision against such enhanced maintenance.
