can a FIR under sec 498 quashed on compromise letter be opened again

In a false case of dowry, if a compromise letter has been filed on the FIR and a final report has been generated, can the case be opened again in future? Or FIR can be opened again? Seven years of marriage will complete in June 2016. Can the girl file dowry case again?
No , FIR once quashed can not be retained again.Although the girl can file a complaint again by recreating the 498 issues. It is advised to reply to the girls 498a with the copy or first FIR quashing order and mentioning her as habitual for getting into legal matters
